Documenting caravan travel across India, one road at a time.

About Aryan

Aryan Verma is a travel content creator and photographer based in Mumbai. Over the last two years, he has spent more time inside caravans than most people spend inside hotel rooms. He started by shooting fleet photography for caravan operators across Maharashtra, Goa, and Rajasthan. Then he started taking the trips himself.

His writing focuses on the practical, useful, slightly unglamorous parts of caravan travel that listings tend to skip: what the kitchen actually fits, where you can park overnight without a fight, what an Indian operator’s local knowledge is worth, and what the math really looks like once you add tolls and groceries. Less marketing, more reportage.

For BookMyCaravan, Aryan writes first-person guides and route-specific reviews drawn from his own bookings on the platform. If he says a 4-night Saurashtra loop is worth ₹99,500 all-in, it’s because that’s the receipt he kept.

Areas of Expertise

  • Long-route caravan trips (multi-stop loops across Saurashtra, Konkan, Rajasthan, and the Deccan)
  • Caravan and motorhome interior photography
  • Group travel mechanics: how to make 3 to 4 friends share a 25-ft vehicle without anyone losing their mind
  • Operator vetting and pre-trip due diligence (the 15-minute video call playbook)
  • Real cost breakdowns: what a daily rate becomes once tolls, fuel, and parking are in
  • Luxury and ultra-luxury tier reviews from a working creator’s perspective
