We understand that travel plans may change. Due to limited fleet availability, the following cancellation & refund policy terms apply.
1. Cancellation Policy
- 20 days or more before the trip start date: 50% refund of advance payment.
- 10–20 days before the trip start date: 25% refund of advance payment.
- Less than 10 days before the trip start date: No refund.
- Last-minute bookings (less than 10 days gap): No refund under any circumstances.
- Trip start date refers to confirmed departure date at booking.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Permitted only in case of natural calamities or government travel restrictions.
- Subject to caravan availability.
- Must be used within 3 months from the original trip date.
- Only one-time rescheduling allowed.
- Proof or official notification required.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of personal plans.
- Early trip termination by client.
- External bookings such as hotels or event tickets.
- Weather-related discomfort.
4. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take standard banking processing time.
