About This Caravan
A 2025-built Force Urbania Prestige in a deep navy finish with a rooftop luggage carrier, built as a private luxury coach for Delhi group travel. With a chauffeur at the wheel and a fully partitioned passenger saloon, it suits corporate movements, wedding parties, family outings and long highway runs out of the capital equally well.
The cabin is the headline. Ten seats in a conference-style layout, with the front pair facing rearward so six people can sit face to face, and a bench at the back. Each captain seat is finished in premium Mercedes-Benz style upholstery with an in-seat massage function, ventilated heating and cooling, adjustable sliders to customise legroom and a powered recline with extending leg rest. Slide-out wood tray tables and wall-length drink consoles with cupholders serve every seat. A large LCD entertainment screen sits on the driver partition above a high quality music system, with blue ambient LED lighting, a sculpted ceiling light, pleated privacy blinds and lit seat control panels on the armrests and pillars completing the lounge.

Do I need a special licence to travel in this coach?
No. Every booking is chauffeur-driven, with a trained professional driver included in the rate. You only need to bring your standard ID for booking confirmation.
What does the per-km rate include?
The per-km rate is all-inclusive: it covers the vehicle, professional driver, fuel, toll fees, state entry taxes and driver allowances, with a minimum of 250 km billed per day. Only parking is charged extra on actuals.
Is the coach good for kids?
Yes. The cabin is designed for families and groups, with reclining seats, seatbelts at every position, entertainment and a fully separate driver cabin so the saloon stays private.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before pickup. Within 7 days, 50 percent of the booking value is retained. Within 48 hours, full retention.
Where do we pick up and drop off?
Pickup is from our Delhi depot. Drop-off at the same depot. Doorstep delivery within Delhi NCR is available for a flat fee, shared on enquiry.
