About This Caravan
Yusafir is a fully self-contained campervan built on a Force Traveller for groups who want to travel far without giving up comfort. Inside, twin facing lounges run the length of a warm wood-panelled cabin lit by Edison string lights and a skylight, and they convert at night to sleep six to seven. A modular kitchenette with a gas hob and utensils, a 210-litre water tank and a private washroom with a Western toilet mean you can cook, wash and rest wherever the road ends.
Outside, a rooftop rack and a side awning turn any halt into a base camp, with camping tents, chairs and a barbecue grill carried on board and an inverter keeping lights and devices running off the grid. The campervan travels with a professional driver, so you can watch the route go by while someone else handles the wheel. From Delhi it has carried travellers deep into the Himalayas, from Zanskar river valleys to high desert passes, and it suits a family weekend as easily as a three-week expedition.
