Do I need a special licence to drive this caravan?
No. Every booking includes a trained professional driver and a travel helper, billed in the quote. You only need to bring your standard ID for booking confirmation.
What is the daily kilometre cap?
300 km per booked day is included on the Daily Rate plan. Beyond that, a per-km charge applies, billed on return based on the odometer reading.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small to medium pets are welcome with a refundable cleaning deposit. Please mention your pet at quote stage so we can confirm.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before pickup. Within 7 days, 50 percent of the booking value is retained. Within 48 hours, full retention.
Where do we pick up and drop off?
Pickup is from our Ahmedabad or Mumbai depot. Drop-off at the same depot. Doorstep delivery is available for a flat fee, shared on enquiry.
