Is fuel included in the daily rate?

Yes, fuel is included in the daily rate within a fair-use kilometre cap. Long-distance routes beyond the cap are quoted separately at the time of booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before pickup. Within 7 days, 50 percent of the booking value is retained. Within 48 hours, full retention.

Where do we pick up and drop off?

Pickup is from our Delhi depot or a route point you nominate. Drop-off at the same depot or destination as agreed at quote stage.
